“I would recommend this company to anyone looking to get a wedding ceremony in their backyard!! We had our tent provider back out on us the week before our wedding. We called Ultimate Events (and worked with David who is awesome) and we had a signed contract 20 minutes later. The tent was beautiful. “We recently worked with Ultimate Events for a very large pre-wedding rehearsal party for 210 friends, family, and neighbors that we hosted at our home 9.30.2019. The coordinator, Allison Munsell, was helpful in every way in deciding what to rent as we not only coordinated the event, but cooked many of the specialty food items so we needed expert advice. She was knowledgeable, kind, and patient. She and her team visited our back yard several times to be sure the tent was a proper fit. She helped me decipher exactly what needed to be rented and was flexible for last-minute changes that needed to be made. The lighting staff was also amazing. They recommended cafe lights to be strung in our large oak and pine trees and the effect was magical. The female staff was equally lovely and patient. I really believe that our party was a success in large part due to their staff. You really cannot go wrong with this company. I have very high standards and I recommend them highly!!”

First and foremost, I think the project manager role was integral to the success of this project. It was so important to have Andrea a part of the pre-event planning and onsite execution. There were so many questions, decisions and last minute changes to this project, I can’t honestly see how we would have done it without her.
